Terms of Service
Framework governing the use of Kolabyuks (PT Kolaborasi Bersama Yuks), connecting Brands with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Creators to promote products, music releases, and films.
1. Platform Role & Parties
Kolabyuks provides a managed collaboration platform between Brand organizations (owners of product, music, or film promotion campaigns) and independent Creators/Clippers. Kolabyuks facilitates campaign briefs, managed video checks, official view counting, campaign budget management, and Creator payouts.
2. User Accounts & Official Platform Permissions
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep their credentials secure. Creators participating in campaigns must connect their own TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram accounts through official platform permissions without ever sharing passwords with Kolabyuks.
3. Campaigns, Briefs, & Two Pricing Models
Brands prepare clear campaign briefs (what must be included and what must be avoided) and select a payment model: By Views (paid per 1,000 views up to the per-video cap) or Per Video (a fixed rate for every video that passes the check). Full budget breakdowns are shown transparently before a campaign launches.
4. Video Submissions, Brief Checks, & Appeals
Every video submitted by a Creator is checked against the campaign brief. If a video does not pass the check, the Creator receives a clear reason including the exact timestamp that needs fixing, and may either fix and resubmit the video or file one appeal within 72 hours for review by the Kolabyuks team.
5. Official View Counting & Unused Budget Return
Counted views come straight from official TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram data during the campaign period up to the per-video view cap. Brands pay only for videos that pass the check, and any unused budget at the end of a campaign is returned in full to the Brand.
6. Creator Earnings & Payouts
Creator earnings from videos that pass the check are recorded transparently in the dashboard at the net rate stated on the campaign. Payouts are disbursed to the Creator’s verified bank or e-wallet account in accordance with minimum payout thresholds and applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
7. Intellectual Property, Prohibited Conduct, & Governing Law
Brands warrant that they hold valid rights to all promotional materials provided in a brief, and Creators warrant the originality of their submitted videos. Any artificial view manipulation or violation of platform rules or Indonesian law may result in disqualification of the affected video. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
