BrandWhat can I promote?

New products (such as fashion, beauty, food, or gadgets), music releases, and films, as long as they follow TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram rules and applicable law.

BrandShould I pay by views or per video?

Choose by views if you want as many people as possible to see your release. Choose per video if you need lots of content at a fixed cost. You can choose differently for each campaign.

BrandHow are unusual views handled?

You only pay for videos that pass the check, and in by-views campaigns each video has a cap on paid views. We’re also building a feature to detect suspicious views.

BrandHow much does it cost?

You set the budget, and you’ll see the full breakdown before your campaign starts. Anything unused comes back to you in full.

CreatorHow is my pay calculated?

It depends on the campaign. In by-views campaigns, your earnings grow with your views up to the per-video cap. In per-video campaigns, you get a fixed amount for every video that passes the check and stays live.

CreatorWhat if my video doesn’t pass?

You’ll see the reason, down to the exact second that needs fixing. You can then fix it and resubmit, or file one appeal within 72 hours. Your appeal is reviewed by the Kolabyuks team.

CreatorCan Kolabyuks access my account?

No. Your videos stay on your account, and we never ask for your password. We only read view counts through official permission from TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
