Personal data protection framework for Brands and Creators collaborating on Kolabyuks (PT Kolaborasi Bersama Yuks), prepared with reference to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
1. Data Controller & Scope
PT Kolaborasi Bersama Yuks acts as the personal data controller for the Kolabyuks platform (kolabyuks.com). This policy covers the processing of personal data belonging to Brand organization representatives and Creators who register and collaborate on the platform.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect basic account identity information upon registration (name, email address), Brand organization details (brand name, billing/tax identification where required), as well as Creator profile details and verified payout account details provided directly by users.
3. Official Platform Account Connections (No Passwords)
Kolabyuks never asks for or stores passwords for Creators’ TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram accounts, and never scrapes platform pages. Public profile details and video view counts are read solely through official permissions (OAuth) granted directly by the account owner.
4. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed strictly to operate collaborations: verifying account ownership, checking video submissions against campaign briefs, recording verified view counts from official sources, presenting analytics to Brands, and processing Brand top-ups and Creator payouts.
5. Data Storage, Security, & Related Third Parties
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict tenant isolation between Brand organizations. We share data only as necessary with licensed payment partners and infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality obligations, and we never sell personal data to third parties.
6. Data Subject Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, update, revoke platform account permissions at any time from your account settings, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to statutory financial and tax record-keeping obligations.
7. Policy Updates & Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated as our services evolve and upon completion of final legal review. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email address prior to taking effect.
